Reference letter for Pacific Home Furnishing

I found Pacific Home Furnishing by searching the internet and shared some of your concerns when I sent my first check to them.  I had them furnish a
complete house in Esterillos, three hours south of their headquarters in Liberia. Michael and Ana are very professional and helpful to the nth degree.  They were very helpful in providing catalogues from which to select the furniture, TV's and appliances.  When we arrived for our walk-through of the
new house, Michael and Ana, had all the furniture and rugs beautifully arranged, the surround-sound system and five wall hanging flat screen TV's
and the washer and dryer flawlessly installed.  They brought with them a technician to insure that the surround sound was programmed correctly.  They also set up a meeting with a window treatment specialist, who helped us choose the best curtains and shades.  They also took a second trip to
deliver a stronger bracket for one of the TV's, since they weren't pleased with the one they had initially brought. When I compare the furniture and furnishings in my new home with those of some of the homes I have rented, there is no comparison.  Pacific Home Furnishing provided us with quality furniture that will withstand renters abuse.

We had numerous construction delays where we had to cancel our furniture order and Michael and Ana were accommodating, gracious and understanding of our situation. They performed several inspections of our unit, took photos, emailed them to us and went out of their way to make the transition a smooth one for us.
